The High Level PIU (Process Interface Unit) is the TDC 2000 field I/O device for a wide range of high level analog inputs, digital inputs, analog outputs, and digital outputs. The common card file (CCFA) controls up to four point card files (PCFA). Each point card file can contain a maximum of 64 high level analog inputs, or 128 digital inputs, or 12/24 pulse counter inputs, or 32 analog outputs, or 64 digital outputs.
Common Card Files, Point Card Files, Point Cards and complete cabinets for High Level PIUs are available. Releases 320, 320A, and 320B are currently supported.
